Refund policy
Please refer to the sizing guide for more information about how our apparel fits, and if you have any questions prior to ordering email us at theparashoppe@gmail.com.
The Para Shoppe does not accept returns but if you receive an item and the sizing isn't right we are happy to exchange it for the right size if it is in stock, or exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value.
The Para Shoppe will accept exchanges within 14 days of shipping. Exchanges must be received in their original, unworn and unused condition.
Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping fees if you choose to return merchandise to us unless the items are damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival. The Para Shoppe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
How to return your apparel for exchange:
1. Email us at TheParaShoppe@gmail.com with "Exchange Request" in the subject line of the email and we will send you a return/exchange form to complete and return.
2. Send your return or exchange, along with the form, within 14 days of receipt. Please note return/exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless it is determined the item is damaged due to our negligence.
3. Once we receive your return, a refund or exchange will be issued within 7-10 business days.
